This is our textbook for the QT Live Basic Workshop. I recommend that students order the book in advance so they can read, practice, and have questions ready. If you haven’t read the book yet you can go ahead and sign up for the class: we will cover the material and when you do go to the book it will be easy and make sense because you will have touched, felt and understood what is described.
A few people find they can learn QT very easily alone with only this book as a guide- I did. However I found, and my students tell me, that the live experience is invaluable and brought them to a new place with themselves and with QT. Moving energy together in a group seems to speed learning and make all of our work more effective, and dramatic healings and transformations are common in the workshop.
