PREREGISTER
To preregister, simply send payment for $295 to the address below, include your phone and email. When I receive your check I will email a Workshop Welcome with directions and the information you will need to attend. I hold all payments until after we meet together, so if you want to exchange your check for cash on the day of the workshop, you may. Preregistration extends to Friday a week before the workshop. If you miss this date, call me, I want you to be there and I can work with you. Nurses, please preregister at least 30 days in advance for CNEs.
